STORIA

Fondata nel 1957 a Torino con il nome Editore Boringhieri da Paolo Boringhieri, la casa editrice ha puntato fin dai suoi primi anni di vita a integrare la cultura scientifica con il mondo umanistico. A fianco di manuali scientifici e libri di Albert Einstein furono pubblicate, tra le altre, opere di S. Freud, C. G. Jung, V. Pareto, V. Propp e G. Dumézil.

 

Il 1987 segna un nuovo lancio per la casa editrice: Romilda Bollati di Saint Pierre, titolare della ditta Carpano Baratti, ne acquisisce il 90%, nomina il fratello Giulio Bollati amministratore delegato e ne cambia il nome in Bollati Boringhieri. Il catalogo si completa con un'ulteriore parte umanistica e quattro nuove collane. 

 

Nel 2009 la casa editrice passa al Gruppo Editoriale GeMS.

Per la Bollati Boringhieri Editore, Stilema ha curato negli anni l'ufficio stampa e la comunicazione di autori, libri ed eventi in occasione di uscite editoriali, festival, presentazioni, etc.
